Dr. Fechter offers a broad spectrum of care for spinal pain. He coordinates chiropractic care and physical therapy and a variety of conservative modalities. My patients have been particularly pleased with his outcomes. It is always our goal to avoid surgical interventions. Dr. Fechter has been very successful in managing spinal pain issues and avoiding surgical interventions. My patients enjoy seeing him and get significant relief.

I've been experiencing lower back pain for quite some time. I came into the pain relief center hoping for answers, but I received so much more. I had imaging taken of my lower back, a head to toe examination, and a treatment plan made. Dr. Fechter went over my x-rays in great detail. Since my initial visit I have had numerous appointments and my back pain is just about non-existent. The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Fechter is never too busy to answer questions or fit you in. This business is highly recommended for real results. Thank you Pain Relief Center!

Dr. Fetcher is very professional and good at what he does. I went in with major back pains where I could hardly walk. It was also very uncomfortable to walk. After just one day of being seen and treated, I walked out feeling amazing. My pain was completely gone, it was like I walked out with a new back. Would highly recommend going to see him. He was amazing!!! I am definitely going back for the rest of my treatments.

I have been very happy with the staff and services associated with this facility. They are very nice and pleasant to work with. I went to them when I started having severe back pain. They were able to get me in as a new patient. After a consult, they did some therapy to help ease my pain. Once they were able to get X-Rays done, they explained everything that was occurring to me, and put me on a course of treatment. Since going to them, I have begun feeling a lot better and am seeing improvement every day.

As a mover by trade, I have done significant damage to my back over the years. Additionally, I have three young boys (10, 3 & 2) who require me to carry them constantly. Sometime in early 2014, I developed a dull, quiet pain in my lower back. As time went on, I sought multiple chiropractors and massage therapists to help ease the pain, and gradually continued growing my business. Dr. Scott Fetcher is the First chiropractor/back specialist whose priority from day one was HEALING... not the “band-aid” adjustments. Dr. Scotts plan was to fully examine me, (with instant x-rays) then he Explained WHY I was hurting and taught ME ways to heal on my own. Without sending me to the revolving door other places have offered. Thanks to Dr. Scott, after 6 weeks following his guidance and implementing his training techniques, my back is healed, and I haven’t felt this great in 5 years! Thanks again Dr. Scott.

Always professional and thorough! Dr. Fechter helps relieve my neck and back pain and always offers recommendations on ways to prevent pain. I have recommended this clinic to so many people and they are always well taken care of!

My lower back pain was so intense and wouldn't subside. I called for help and received an appointment the same day. In a very short period of time through the expert treatments and recommendations of both Dr. Fechter and Dr. Farrell, along with the healing techniques applied by their awesome staff, my pain is gone!!! I needed treatment after an auto accent and visited Dr Fechter. I was able to get some immediate relief and Dr Fechter also advised me of stretches and exercises I could do at home to help alleviate pain. Unlike some chiropractors I have visited, they seem to work to get me healthy and out of pain quickly and in few visits as possible. I highly recommend Dr Fechter and the entire staff at the Pain Relief Center.

I went to the PRC after an involuntary involvement in a car accident! Their compassionate, friendly, and professional staff helped me EVERY step of the way. From the minute you walk in the door to the minute you leave you are treated as a friend or family member. Thorough service from medical staff, PT, chiropractic, scheduling, billing, massage...everything! My goal was to heal and get back to triathlons. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! The staff, the doctors and everyone is incredible. They’re a very family-oriented office. Once they meet you, they make you feel so comfortable. They learn your name and you’re always greeted. Very efficient, trusting, and clean. I Cannot say enough about this place. Please go. I am usually always nervous going into the Doctors office, but I actually look forward to going every time because of the environment.

I first contacted the Pain Relief Center in the fall for sciatica. Barely walking and in so much pain. Although I had never been to a chiropractor before I knew this was an occasion where I needed to go. I spent an entire sleepless, painful night online researching local chiropractors. Although the Pain Relief Center is not covered by my health insurance, Dr Fechter and Dr Farrell had the best reviews so it was worth it to me to go to them and pay out of pocket. I called first thing in the morning and took the first available appointment that day, which was with Dr Farrell. Dr Farrell took great care of me! Although it took many appointments over a few months to get back to my normal level activity/exercising (aerobics, bike riding, beach walking). Dr Farrell is very professional and has a great bedside manner. With the help of the technicians, they all worked well as a team to bring me from a pain level 10+ and barely being able to walk to no pain at all and back doing aerobics. It has been 6 months since I have had any sciatica issues and I am forever grateful to Dr Farrell! Fast forward to the spring, I have a tumble sending me to the ER with a fractured radial head and a severely sprained wrist. While recovering from the injury and working with physical therapy I still had a lot of lingering pain from my shoulder to my fingertips. Four months after the initial fall I decided I needed to see Dr Farrell with hopes that she would be able to help with the pain so that I could actually function in daily life and improve with physical therapy. Dr Farrrell saw me right away and in 2 appointments the relief was significant!!! By 4 appointments I felt the best I had since the injury! Not being in pain has made physical therapy so much better/productive. I can sleep at night, with no discomfort! I am able to do so much more with my arm and hand and finally feel that I am actually getting better. Once again, forever grateful to Dr. Farrell! If you are looking for a chiropractor, start here with the Pain Relief Center. I am so glad I did! Everyone on staff is super friendly and Dr Farrell and Dr Fechter are awesome.

Dr. Fechter, I wanted to take a moment to express my thanks for your help getting me literally back on my feet earlier this year. After suffering through months of severe low back and sciatica pain, you took me from a world of constant agony to virtually pain free in short order. I greatly appreciated the way that you clearly and plainly explained what the root of the problem was and the methods you were going to use to treat me. I had a bad experience with a chiropractor many years ago so have always shied away from seeking one out, but I now tell everyone that I know a GREAT chiropractor and your easy manner makes it an easy referral. If you have given up all hope and thought you would just have to live your entire life with neck, back and shoulder pain like I did, please call Dr. Scott Fechter! I was rear-ended in a car accident in April of 2018. The accident caused damage to my back, shoulders, and neck leaving me in excruciating pain, debilitating migraines, vertigo and back spasms. My very physical and active life abruptly stopped. Being in Florida for less than a year I didn’t know where to go and JOI was suggested by coworkers. My first appointment lasted all of 20 minutes (in the waiting room for 40 minutes) and was told I needed physical therapy and if that didn’t work shots would be the next step. The physical therapy plus one medical massage lasted for 3 months. And although I wasn’t getting any better one day much to my surprise, I was abruptly told, “there is nothing more we can do.” And that was the end of that. Being scared to death of needles, I thought I am just going to have to live with this pain for the rest of my life. Turning my head to check traffic, scrubbing the shower, picking up a trash bag or sleeping in an awkward position would cause horrific headaches that led to vertigo, which led to missing work, weddings, gardening, etc. Finally, in October of 2019, a friend told me about Dr. Fechter. On my very first visit, I spent more time with Dr. Fechter than I did in all my visits with JOI. Plus after the consultation and evaluation, he started therapy that day. The multitude of machines and the different types of therapy was not at all like the previous therapy I had received or even seen before in that office, Plus his staff is amazing. Ashley the receptionist, Melissa, and Danielle the therapists and Angela the massage therapist are always so nice. If anyone in this office has ever had a bad day, have never seen it. I started feeling relief from my first visit and although I am not 100% better due to the severity of my injuries, I can see a difference and I am getting better. Thank you will never be enough to tell Dr. Fechter and his staff how much I appreciate all their help, kindness and professionalism!

I have been seeing the staff at the Pain Relief Centre for a couple of months following an auto accident and I am so grateful that I chose this Chiropractic office. Dr. Fechter is my Dr. but Dr. Ferrel is always willing to help. The ladies in the office are equally amazing. They REALLY care about their patients and are always looking out for their best interests. I would highly recommend whether you need care after an accident or just need a regular realignment.
